Notice on the Coming Upgrade and Launch of Well Link Bank’s New Mobile Banking APP
In order to further improve the users’ experience and enhance Well Link Bank’s capabilities for service provision on our smart banking mobile platform, Well Link Bank’s will launch a new mobile banking version “APP 3.0” in the near future. The exact upgrade date will be announced separately.
The new version of Well Link Smart Bank 3.0 mobile platform, compared with the previous version, optimizes system performance, enhances the application’s security, brings together professional technology and provides new design and layout for users. Thus, it effectively improves users’ experience and creates an online financial platform with more stable performance, a smoother experience and enhanced security.
When the new version becomes available online, the old version will simultaneously cease to operate. Then, users will need to follow the APP upgrade guide and enter the App store or Google Play to renew and upgrade the APP. After successfully downloading the new version, click the APP to open it and use your login password to log in again. Then you will need to bind the account device before you use it.
For an easy version upgrade, please note:
•After the new App version upgrade, due to security considerations, you need to log in again to bind the account device before it can be used normally; if you skip the device binding, you will not be able to log in to the mobile banking system. Please click here to view the detailed process.
•Due to security considerations, the gesture password function was eliminated in the new mobile banking version and replaced with fingerprint/face verification.
•If you forget your mobile banking account password, you can bring your original identity document to the branch for password resetting.
•Additionally, after upgrading to version APP 3.0, users with debit cards can enter the new mobile banking version and use the function [forgot password] to reset your account.
