The Bank encourages young students to actively learn Chinese history and culture in the historical research spirit of tracing the origin and strengthen recognition and belongingness of China.

At the same time, the Bank sets the “Finance and Innovation Technology Award for College Students”. The award aims at encouraging college students to put forward some suggestions related to finance, innovation technology, and finance technology (FinTech), make them carefully consider in the process of studying and writing papers, and inspire them to think deeply how to promote the development of finance and innovation technology and give play to the financial advantages of Macau. In addition to receiving scholarships, the award winners have the opportunity to become an intern of Well Link Bank and meet with the senior management of the Bank. With this award, the Bank cultivates the financial students and promotes the innovation culture.

Besides, the Bank establishes the “Moving-Macau Award for Family Filial Piety” to guide young people to learn the traditional Chinese culture of gratitude and filial piety and promote the social harmony. There are a lot of old people living alone in the society, and it is very sad to see these old people struggling with the full strength at their early ages but are friendless and helpless when they are old. The bank hopes to use the award to select five model families, encouraging the middle aged to be filial to their parents, try to find time to accompany their elderly parents, and become role models for children. As long as young people learn to be grateful, they will naturally learn to care for parents, love Macao and love the motherland.

Sporting Clube de Macau team became Macau Champions

Macau’s under-16 championship has ended with a brilliant victory from Sporting Clube de Macau team. Well Link Bank is proud to support these young athletes who became the new Macau Champions in this very competitive category in their competition debut.

The values of team spirit, cooperation, responsibility, sportsmanship and ambition were always present and were the key to success, according to the coach, Mr. Pedro Lopes, who has also publicly thanked all the official sponsors that made this feat possible, including Well Link Bank.

The team has won all games it has played on the field, reaching a total of 35 points, scoring an amazing total of 52 goals and conceding only 6 goals. That’s 3.74 goals per match! Yuet Wah got the second place and are Vice-champions and ADRAM finished third on the table. Congratulations to all teams, athletes and entities that participated in this tournament with a special mention to the winners.

Junior Football Academy

Sporting Clube Macau presented its junior academy teams of under 9, under 13 and under 18 years old on March 28, 2018. The Club hopes that this project will lay the foundations for the future of the football club in terms of promoting local talent that may reach the main team which plays in the first division.

Well Link Bank is proudly sponsoring the Junior academy teams with the objective of supporting Macau youth to practice sports and to develop into citizens with strong figure .

Special Children's Sport Activity

Last May 19th, an activity between Sporting Clube de Macau, Macau Child Development Association (MCDA) and Macau Autism Association (MAA) took place in Flora School.

It was a fun time between some sporting athletes and with children with intellectual disabilities. All children and adults got together and played sports games suitable for these children with the objective to enhance their social skills and…just to have a good time together. In the end, gifts were distributed to the children.
